About Us
Donna was born in Almaty, Kazakhstan, to a family of prominent musicians. She is a classical pianist by training, having graduated from one of the world’s most prestigious conservatories, The Gnessin Music Academy in Moscow, in 1991. However, two days after receiving her Master’s degree, she boarded a plane and left for New York. Once in the USA, Donna focused on becoming self-sufficient. She obtained an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, and immersed herself in entrepreneurship. Over the years Donna built a number of successful businesses, creating hundreds of jobs. Still, her passion for music never faded. As a long-time PV resident, Donna has decided to express this passion by bringing some of the world’s top musicians to our wonderful community.

Since the age of 10, Evgeny Tonkha has toured Germany, France, England, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, and the USA. He performs to international audiences with unfailing success. Among his achievements are the 1st Prize and the Golden Medal at the 12th International Cello Competition in the Czech Republic, the Special Jury Prize at the 13th International Tchaikovsky Competition, and prizes for the best performance of contemporary music. He regularly performs at the Berliner Philharmonie, Berlin's Konzerthaus, Gewandhaus in Leipzig, the Hamburg Philhamonie and at the Hall of Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra in Munich.

The Salon Concept
Salon was an Italian invention of the 16th century, which flourished in France throughout the 17th and 18th centuries. It's classic definition is “gathering of people, held partly to amuse one another and partly to refine the taste and increase the knowledge of the participants through conversation, music and art”.
